Creating A Group

First login. Then, in your righthand navigation bar beneath your profile username, find Create Content.

Click Create Content-> Groups.
Enter the following information about your group:

Title - The name of your group.

Share- Keywords that describe your group (i.e. running club, quilters...)

Location - The neighborhood that your group is located in.

Description - The description of your club that users will read to determine if they want to join.

Welcome Message. This is the text that is displayed at the top of the Group's main page.

Group Website. If you have an external website for the group, enter it here.

Subscription requests - Sets how you will allow other users to join your group. You can select from the following: Open, Moderated, Invite Only, Closed.

Click Submit.
