Epic Adventures: My unfortunate swim down Iron Ring - a class VI on the Upper Gauley in WVA - River was running huge at 4000 CFS (normal 2800) - Not fun., Climbed to the summit of Mount Shasta (14179 ft) then skied down.
Recent Achievement: Top 20 finish in Mount Evans Hill Climb (highest paved road in CO - 14264ft). Alexi Grewal was the winner that day.

Favorite Outdoor Activities: Cycling, Skiing, Hiking, backcountry anything.
